Firstly, we completed a full website audit to improve the original specifications. With business growth at the forefront, we redesigned the UX at the front-end to facilitate user engagement and provide a seamless shopper experience across multiple devices.
We created an intuitive and personalised UX with interactive site features, including a visual product configuration tool. This allows users to easily find and compare a variety of fabric coverings, configurations and pricing options.
We implemented the Magento Promotions interface, giving La-Z-Boy’s in-house team complete control over promotions on the site and across multiple store locations.
We also resolved the bugs hindering the website, improved PIM integration and provided increased reliability and performance to ensure the catalogue is kept fresh by dynamically integrating with their product information system.
These changes have contributed to significant UX improvements and allowed La-Z-Boy to grow its online presence. We continue to partner with La-Z-Boy, innovating and developing new features to increase performance.
